Once an order is placed, it enters processing quickly.
- Orders cannot be modified or canceled after 12 hours
- Once in production or fulfillment, the order is final

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather or natural events
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
