Refund & Return Policy
At 365 Day Gifts, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to have a positive experience with every purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
To request a replacement or refund:
- Email us at three65daygifts@gmail.com
- Include your order number
- Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
Once approved, we will:
- Send a replacement at no additional cost or
- Issue a full refund
Non-Defective Returns (Buyer’s Remorse)
If you wish to return an item that is not defective:
- A 30% restocking fee will apply
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Item must be returned in original condition
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
- After 12 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:
- Please contact us at three65daygifts@gmail.com
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will:
- Offer a replacement or
- Provide a refund
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Carrier delays outside of our control
Incorrect Address
If an incorrect address is entered:
- Customer is responsible for reshipping costs
- If the item is returned to us, we can reship once fees are paid
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 3–5 business days (depending on your bank)
Items Not Eligible for Refund
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Items returned after 30 days
- Used or damaged items (not due to our error)
- Clearance or final sale items
